Boy Scouts of America - Silver Beaver Award

Prior to becoming the managing partner of BDK Consulting Group in Millbrae, California, Mark H. Dunaway attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. As a member of the Boy Scouts of America, Mark H. Dunaway received the Silver Beaver Award for showing exceptional character and providing distinguished service.

Founded in 1910, the Boy Scouts of America helps boys aged 10 to 18 learn to develop personal fitness and good character through training courses and outdoor adventures. Scouts also have opportunities to earn promotions and badges.

The Boy Scouts’ Silver Beaver Award is given to Scouts who show distinguished service and outstanding character. It is determined each year by the National Court of Honor within the Boy Scouts organization. Recipients of the award are given a certificate along with presentation kit and insignia for their uniform, representing the achievement of the Silver Beaver Award.
